What sizes do the prints come in?

Our prints come in two sizes: A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 inches) and A5 (14.8 × 21 cm / 5.8 × 8.3 inches). Sizes are approximate.

Are the prints framed?

Prints are sold unframed, so you can style them your way. They fit standard A4 and A5 frames, making framing quick and easy.

What are the tote bags made from?

Our totes are made from durable, good-quality natural cotton — built to be used, washed and loved. Each measures approx. 42 × 38 cm, with a 66–70 cm shoulder strap.

How should I care for my tote bag?

To keep the colours looking their best, we recommend washing inside out on a cool, gentle cycle and avoiding tumble drying. Iron inside out, avoiding the printed area.

Will the colours match exactly what I see on screen?

We do our best to keep everything true to life, but colours may vary slightly from screen to print depending on your device and settings.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed as soon as possible, with delivery times depending on your location and chosen shipping option. You'll receive a confirmation once your order is on its way.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept Exchanges only within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, totes and prints must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.

We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives damanged or faulty.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is incorrect or damaged. Exchanges are subject to product avaliablity.

Can I order a custom initial tote?

Yes! Our initial totes are available in any letter A–Z. Just select or note your chosen initial at checkout.
